This is a pilot program for Newfoundland and Labrador and is being launched in the greater St. John’s area in early 2024. The municipalities included in the pilot are: St. John’s, Mt. Pearl, Paradise, Kilbride, St. Philips, Portugal Cove, Goulds, Logy Bay, Torbay, Pouch Cove, Flatrock, and Bauline.
